Featuring a bold blend of garlic, salt, onion, peppers, orange peel, and paprika, these pre-seasoned tenderloins are perfect for weekend cookouts or easy weeknight meals.
Cooking Instructions: Set temperature of gas or charcoal grill to 550°F. Place on an oiled grill grate to avoid sticking. Grill-mark on one side (approximately 8 to 10 minutes), then turn over and cook another 8 to 10 minutes until the tenderloin reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (using a meat thermometer).
Chef’s Tip: cut the tenderloins into 2” kabob pieces and place on a skewer. Place on an oiled grill grate to avoid sticking. Follow similar cooking instructions listed above, but decrease the cook time by 3 to 4 minutes. Visit our FAQ for more grilling and smoking tips.
