Simply Done™ turkey products are free of gluten, MSG and dairy products.
Preparation Questions:
Should I clean or prepare the turkey before cooking?
Not with Simply Done™ turkey! Simply Done™ turkey products are pre-rinsed with the neck and giblets removed. We’ve also pre-seasoned and pre-basted the turkey so you don’t have to. Thanks to our exclusive cooking bag, the moisture is sealed in for a delicious turkey every time. Simply place frozen or thawed turkey in a roasting pan, cut slits in the cooking bag and cook.Should I remove the outer plastic packaging before cooking?
Yes, remove the outer packaging. Leave the frozen turkey in the oven bag and follow the cooking instructions.What about seasoning?
For your convenience, Simply Done™ turkey products are already
pre-seasoned and pre-basted with delicious flavors such as Traditional, Lemon Garlic, Mesquite and Rotisserie.Can I still stuff the turkey?
No. To avoid damaging the cooking bag, we recommend that you prepare your stuffing separately.Can I still make the gravy?
Of course! Our cooking bag seals in the turkey’s juices while it cooks. When you’re done cooking, simply pour the juices into a separate container to make your gravy.

Are Simply Done™ turkey products pre-cooked?
No. Simply Done™ turkey products are all frozen fresh. Either thaw or leave frozen and follow the cooking instructions.How easy is Simply Done™ turkey to cook?
Simply Done™ turkey eliminates all of the prep work. The turkey goes from freezer to oven and cooks until the built-in timer pops up. Please see the product-specific cooking instructions.How long does Simply Done™ take to cook?

Each Simply Done™ turkey product comes with a built-in timer that will pop up when the turkey is done. Or, if you would like, you can also use a meat thermometer. The turkey is done when the internal temperature reaches 170°F in the breast and 180°F in the thigh.
