Ingredients:

3 Italian rolls, split and toasted
3 lettuce leaves
8 ounces Shady Brook Farms® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, deli tub
3 tablespoons mango chutney
2 tablespoons diced red pepper
1 tablespoon diced red onion
1 teaspoon minced jalapeño
1 teaspoon minced parsley

How to prepare this recipe:

  1. For each sandwich, place one lettuce leaf on bottom half of one roll.
  2. Top with one-third of the turkey and 1 tablespoon chutney.
  3. Mix together red pepper, onion, jalapeño and parsley; place one-third of the pepper mixture on sandwich.
  4. Cover with top of roll.
