Ingredients:

1 lb. Shady Brook Farms® Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage Links
Reserved juices from turkey
1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth, low-sodium
2 tablespoons cornstarch

How to prepare this recipe:

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook until evenly browned.
  2. Place turkey juices in a saucepan.
  3. Combine cornstarch with 2 tablespoons chicken broth; mix until no lumps are present. Pour remaining chicken broth into the saucepan. Heat chicken broth and turkey juices to a simmer, add cornstarch mixture and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Add browned sausage to the gravy.
  4. Taste - adjust salt if necessary.
