1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 Shady Brook Farms® Roasted Tomato and Garlic Turkey Sausage Links
1 (11-inch) pre-baked pizza crust
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 (8.5-ounce) can artichoke quarters
1/2 cup grated low-fat Italian 3-cheese mixture
3 tablespoons prepared pesto

How to prepare this recipe:

  1. Heat oven to 450°F.
  2. In skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add sausages; cook 6-8 minutes or until browned on all sides and cooked through. Cut sausages into 1/2-inch pieces.
  3. Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce on pizza crust, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Scatter sausage and artichokes on top; sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden. Dot with pesto; bake 2 minutes more.
  6. Cut into 6 wedges.
