Ingredients:

1 package Shady Brook Farms® Turkey Breast for Scallopini & Milanesa
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup Italian seasoned dry breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 jar (24 ounce) spaghetti sauce

How to prepare this recipe:

  1. Dip turkey in salad dressing to coat.
  2. Roll evenly in breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook turkey for 5 minutes on each side or until no longer pink and internal temperature reaches 170° F.
  5. Top with spaghetti sauce.
