Ingredients:

1 package Shady Brook Farms® 93/7 Lean Ground Turkey 93/7 Lean Ground Turkey
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 package (16 ounce) manicotti shells, cooked and drained
1 jar (8 ounce) marinara sauce
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

How to prepare this recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic powder; cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add turkey, salt and pepper and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stuff the turkey mixture into the shells.
  5. Pour a little marinara sauce in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  6. Place the stuffed manicotti in the baking dish and top with remaining marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
