Ingredients:

2 packages (about 1 1/2 pounds) Shady Brook Farms® Fresh Italian Style Turkey Meatballs OR
1 bag (about 1 1/2 pounds) Shady Brook FarmsĀ® Frozen Italian Style Turkey Meatballs


Fondue:
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons shredded Gruyere cheese
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 rounded tablespoons cornstarch
3/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup vegetable broth
3/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper

How to prepare this recipe:

  1. Toss cheeses with cornstarch in a medium bowl, set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, cook the bell pepper in butter over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Add broth and milk. Heat about 4-5 minutes or until barely simmering and stir in lemon juice.
  4. Add cheese a handful at a time, stirring until the cheese melts before adding more.
  5. When all the cheese is melted, add dill, salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer to a fondue pot, continuing to keep warm.
  7. Place turkey meatballs in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1-2 minutes or until hot and serve with fondue.
