Ingredients:

1 package (about 1 pound) Shady Brook Farms® 99% Fat Free Ground Breast of Turkey
1 (26 ounce) jar chunky style pasta sauce
1 (8 ounce) package lasagna noodles, cooked according to package directions
1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

How to prepare this recipe:

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat cook ground turkey 8-12 minutes, or until no longer pink. Remove from heat and add pasta sauce.
  2. In a medium bowl whisk together the ricotta cheese, egg and parmesan cheese.
  3. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  4. Spread 3/4 cup meat sauce into bottom of 9”X13” pan.
  5. Top with three noodles.
  6. Cover noodles with 1/3 of ricotta cheese mixture, 1 cup mozzarella and 3/4 cup meat sauce.
  7. Repeat layers two more times.
  8. Add three more noodles, top with remaining meat sauce and mozzarella.
  9. Cover and bake for 20-25 minutes.
