Ingredients:

1 package (about 1/2 pound) Shady Brook Farms® Turkey Breast Cutlets
10 ounces (about 4 cups) chopped Romaine lettuce
1 (15-ounce) can Mandarin oranges, drained
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 cup fat-free raspberry vinaigrette
1 bunch radishes, sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How to prepare this recipe:

  1. Preheat charcoal or gas grill.
  2. Grill turkey, turning every 5 minutes, 20 to 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F. Let cool; cut into 1-inch pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss turkey, lettuce, oranges, green onions, radishes, vinaigrette, salt and pepper.
  4. Serve immediately.
