Ingredients:

1 package Shady Brook Farms® 85/15 Ground Turkey
1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1 package (1 ounce) onion soup mix
4 hamburger buns or sourdough rolls
1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced
1 cup alfalfa sprouts (spicy variety if available)
4 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 head of romaine lettuce
1 can sliced black olives

How to prepare this recipe:

  1. In a large bowl, combine turkey, pepper and onion soup mix. Form into four burgers.
  2. Grill or broil 3 to 4 minutes per side until no longer pink in the center, or until internal temperature reaches 170°F.
  3. Serve burgers open-faced on toasted bread topped with avocado slices, sprouts, olives, lettuce and mayo.
