Ingredients:

1 package Shady Brook Farms® Traditional Turkey Bratwurst
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 large yellow onion, cut into 3-inch strips
1 large green bell pepper, cut into 3-inch strips
1 large red bell pepper, cut into 3-inch strips
5 (6-inch) hoagie rolls
1/2 cup mustard
1/2 cup salsa

How to prepare this recipe:

  1. Preheat charcoal or gas grill.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine oil, onion and bell pepper. Grill until softened, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Grill bratwurst about 15 minutes, turning frequently until no longer pink and internal temperature reaches 170°F.
  4. Place bratwurst on hoagie rolls; top with onion and bell peppers.
  5. Serve with mustard and bottled salsa.
