Ingredients:

1 package Shady Brook Farms® Traditional Turkey Bratwurst, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large green bell pepper, seeds removed and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large yellow bell pepper, seeds removed and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large red bell pepper, seeds removed and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large white onion, diced into 1-inch pieces
10 fresh whole white mushrooms
1 can (8 ounce) pineapple chunks, drained
wooden skewers

How to prepare this recipe:

  1. Preheat charcoal or gas grill.
  2. Thread bratwurst, vegetables and fruit onto skewers.
  3. Grill kebabs about 15 minutes, turning frequently until bratwurst is no longer pink.
Serving suggestion: Serve over Alfredo noodles, prepared according to package directions.
