Ingredients:

1 package Shady Brook Farms® Fresh Italian Style Turkey Meatballs
1 pound fettuccine
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup red peppers, diced
1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, quartered
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon basil

How to prepare this recipe:

  1. In a large pot, cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, melt butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté meatballs and red peppers until meatballs are thoroughly heated.
  4. Add cooked pasta, artichokes, cheese and basil to pan. Toss until all ingredients are evenly heated.
