• Assists producers and processors in marketing the products they grow and manufacture.
• Food writer weekly for The Tennessean newspaper and Tennessee Magazine monthly
• Spokesperson for the statewide "Pick Tennessee Products" campaign and develops recipes for their website at www.picktnproducts.org
• Weekly food personality on Nashville's local ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox affiliates as well as statewide on PBS. Tammy can also be seen nationally on the HGTV and DIY networks. You can hear her food reports and commentary on Nashville radio networks, Clear Channel and NPR.
