  • Author of A Mother's Manual for Holiday Survival, Meals in Minutes, Help! My Family's Hungry, and the Super Suppers Cookbook.
  • Food editor of Fort Worth Magazine
  • Contributing writer in various magazines including Family Circle, Reader's Digest, Martha Stewart's Everyday Food Magazine, Women's Day, Working Mother, Texas Highways, and Shine.
  • Trained at the CIA in Hyde Park, NY, Le Cordon Bleu School of Cookery in London as well as in the Orient, France, Belgium and Italy. She also studied entertaining and catering at the home and studios of Martha Stewart in Westport, CT.
  • Frequent guest on local and national TV and radio
